Win more WRC hearings. Spend less time preparing.
Upload your documents. CaseDesk builds the chronology, finds the contradictions, surfaces the precedents, and drafts your submissions — all cited to source.
“The interactive case file completely changed how we prepared for the hearing. We could see every contradiction, every gap, every precedent — all in one place. We requested a full walkthrough before the case was even over.”

The only WRC precedent database built for case preparation
Every published WRC decision — embedded, indexed, and continuously matched against your live case file. Nothing like this exists anywhere in the Irish legal market.
- Similar cases and outcomes surfaced automatically
- Legislative interpretation patterns identified
- Adjudicator tendencies analysed across decisions
- Success rate statistics for comparable claim types
- Arguments that have worked — and failed — in similar fact patterns
“I've never had this level of insight into adjudicator patterns before a hearing. Knowing which arguments have actually succeeded in comparable cases — that's not something you can get from a legal database. This changes how you prepare.”

Built by people who've been in the hearing room
CaseDesk wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built from a real WRC hearing — a case file so well structured that the solicitor and barrister handling the case asked how it was made. We watched an unrepresented claimant lose a legitimate case in the same hearing because their evidence was disorganised. That's the problem we're solving.
Frequently asked questions
The questions solicitors ask before they sign up.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We use Anthropic's Claude API, which explicitly does not train on API data. This is documented in every Data Processing Agreement we sign with your firm. Your case files are yours alone.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the EU — Supabase eu-west-1 (Ireland) for the database and Vercel EU region for the application. Data never leaves the European Union. We are fully GDPR compliant.
Can the AI hallucinate or make things up?
CaseDesk uses RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) — the AI only answers using chunks retrieved from your uploaded documents. It cannot generate claims beyond what's in the case file. Every answer cites the exact source document and section.
Do I need to change my workflow?
No. Upload the documents you already have, in the formats you already use. CaseDesk works with PDFs, Word documents, scanned letters, and email exports. There's no data migration or system integration required.
What if another firm can see my cases?
Architecturally impossible. Row Level Security means every document row is scoped to your firm and case. Vector indexes are isolated — no shared embeddings across firms. This isn't a setting that can be misconfigured; it's enforced at the database level.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at €199/month for solo practitioners, €499/month for established practices (includes the WRC Precedent Engine), and €899/month for larger firms with multiple fee earners. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Annual billing saves approximately 16%. Founding firms currently receive 6 months free on the Professional plan.
Is CaseDesk a substitute for legal advice?
No. CaseDesk is a case preparation tool that helps solicitors organise, analyse, and prepare. It surfaces information and drafts documents, but all decisions remain with the legal professional. We are a tool, not a guarantee.
What happens to my data when a case closes?
You control retention. By default, data is scheduled for deletion on case close, in line with data minimisation principles. You can adjust the retention period per firm. Right to erasure requests are handled within 72 hours.
