Did the employer warn the claimant before dismissal?

Security and data protection
Employment files contain special category data. We treat them that way.
We sign a data processing agreement with every firm. Read the DPA and privacy policy, or ask us for the sub-processor list.

- The database is hosted in Ireland (Supabase, eu-west-1) and the application runs in Dublin.
- Firm separation
- Every record belongs to a firm, and access is restricted with row-level security in the database. Counsel see only the cases a firm grants them.
- Sign-in
- Two-factor authentication is available for every user account.
- Audit trail
- Actions on case data are recorded with a timestamp and the user who took them.
- AI processing
- Answers are generated from your uploaded documents. Our AI providers are named as sub-processors in the data processing agreement, and the provider terms we use state that API data is not used to train models.

Where it came from
Built after sitting in a WRC hearing.
One WRC case file was so well structured that the solicitor and barrister handling the case asked how it had been made. In the same hearing, an unrepresented claimant with a legitimate case lost because their evidence was disorganised.
CaseDesk is the tool for the first outcome: an Irish-built, Irish-hosted case file for people who prepare WRC and Labour Court cases.

What solicitors ask before they sign up.
Is CaseDesk a substitute for legal advice or judgment?
No. CaseDesk is a preparation tool. It organises documents, surfaces inconsistencies, suggests precedents and drafts text. Every decision and every filing remains with the legal professional, and every finding should be checked against its source.
Can I sign up now?
Not at the moment. We onboard firms in small groups and every place is taken. Join the waiting list with your firm name, number of fee earners and approximate WRC caseload, and we will contact you when a place opens.
Can the AI get things wrong?
Yes. Answers are generated from passages retrieved from your uploaded documents and each one cites the document and page it used, which keeps it anchored to your file and lets you check it. That reduces the risk of invented facts. It does not remove it, so read the cited passage before you rely on an answer.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We use AI providers through their business APIs, whose terms state that API data is not used for model training. Our providers are listed as sub-processors in the data processing agreement we sign with each firm.
Where is my data stored?
The database is hosted in Ireland (Supabase, eu-west-1) and the application runs in Dublin. Ask us for the current sub-processor list, which shows every provider that handles data and where.
Can another firm see my cases?
Records are scoped to your firm using row-level security in the database, and vector search is run within a firm. Counsel you instruct see only the cases you grant them. We would be glad to walk your IT or compliance lead through how this is set up.
Do I need to change how I work?
No migration or integration is needed. Upload the PDFs, Word files, scanned letters and email exports you already have.
What happens to my data when a case closes?
You decide when a case is deleted. Deleted cases are removed after a 90-day recovery period, and erasure requests can be raised with us at any time. We are finalising fixed retention periods per category of data; the privacy policy has the current position.
How much will it cost?
€199 a month for solo practitioners, €499 for practices with regular WRC work (includes the precedent engine) and €899 for larger firms. Annual billing is about 16% cheaper.
